OW: AST Professor Rika

• Spirit Manipulation: Can shape and manipulate the spiritual energy given off by anything and everything around her that has a soul. Can convert it to raw energy, manifest it into solid objects, or possess/merge it with "empty" objects.
• Butterflies are her calling card, and can usually be found fluttering around the Astral Studies building. They typically match her level of energy at the time, with blue being the default color, red being when she's got an overflow, and green when she's low on energy. They sometimes will burst from her and her surroundings when she's excited, and always when she lands a striking blow in a fight.
  
• Foresight: Sometimes can project consciousness into the past or the future to catch glimpses of what has and has not passed.
• Channeling: Channels spirits both benevolent and malevolent. Sometimes leads to possession, albeit very rarely.
• Speed/Strength: Godlike in their level, but only in short bursts at a time.
  

• Physical touch. She can be a little rough with her affection, but she means well~
• Leather - the touch, the feel, the smell. Leather.
• Hair styling! From washing to combing to braiding... it's therapeutic.
• Singing... especially Disney songs.
• Gardening, though that's difficult at the moment. Maybe in the summer? (Maybe in a greenhouse?)
• A sky without pollution.
• Alcohol. Though she's been sober for a while, drinking every day was a thing once...
• The interior of the Beast Studies department. The waterfall, in particular.
• S'mores! And peanut butter, but not as much as s'mores.
• Dancing in the rain, splashing in the puddles.

• People who just drag through life on the bare minimum.
• The cold, which means more layers, and less maneuverability.

• Hangovers or general aches and pains of a similar caliber.
• Malevolent spirits -- channeling them, possession by them, interaction at all.

• Spiked punch

• True neutral, a really good mediator and compromiser between two people in a fight.
• Extensive physical training; she may look dainty, but she can throw you through a window with ease.
• Aura sensitivity, can tell people's true nature and moods with just a glance.
  
• Spirit sensitivity, can gauge the strength of someone's soul energy by being in the same room as them.
  
• Motherly and maternal, supportive of students and protective of them as well.
  

• Weak constitution, as sometimes even the most simple of tasks can tire her out...
• Spirit sensitivity, as in she can see and hear other spirits that float around the area. It can be maddening.
• Nosocomephobia, crippling fear of needles and sterile environments.
• Obsessively clean, emphasis on obsessively.
• Rocky sleep schedule, sometimes sleeps for 24 hours, or sometimes stays awake for 72...
  

• Get someone to graduate the department! >:00 It's the only one aside BST without a graduate!

• Comes from a world that's more machinery than nature, leaving her fascinated with the surroundings of the campus.
• Cinnamon spice hot cocoa is her saving grace.
• Wears stud earrings that glow blue around benevolent spirits, or red around malevolent spirits. Works as a sort of warning system.
• Really really really loves kids. >u>
• Likes writing in chalk, and always manages to get it on her face when she does.
• Knows how to make fancy meat dishes... but never seems to make it not-bloody.

Atticus | | Her only student who made a working love potion. She was amused and happy... hopefully he'll continue on his path in AST, his grumpy face makes her day. (Also, pine is poisonous, Atti-)
Atla | | She's only heard of him and his rather reclusive ways, but hopefully their paths will cross one day...
Charlie | | Her daughter is a precious gift, no matter what. >u<
Glitch | | Congratulations on the promotion! She'll miss having you in class, though.
Haku | | A small professor she's had a passing meeting with. Also a recluse... odd, really.
Helena | | Probably her favorite student, Helena's always so INTO the assignments and such fun to be around. Rika looks forward to continuing teaching her~
Helmy | | Her legs are not too long for her body, thank you.
Katja | | Upton wanted them to be friends, and while Rika's open to it, Katja's ... a doctor. A mad doctor. Who teaches magic science. QvQ Rikatriestho.
mDrake | | That rivalry will never die, mDrake. She'll be waiting for your strike against her department, and awaits the day she can surprise you...
Orion | | How about not trying to get her underwear, eh? Next time she won't go easy on you... you're lucky you're a good student, buddy.
Ronnie | | Get out from under Upton's bed... and don't try to describe a threesome to her ever again. Ever. Again. >->
Upton | | Probably her second friend here on campus, Rax being the first... and he's quickly become the most important. They're best friends, they're lovers, and they're pretty hard to separate. Rika's the restraint to Upton to prevent him from eating chocolate, likewise he doesn't let her relapse into her drinking habits. It's a good life~

Rika: Kind of? They make it blackened, like a spice rub, and makes it really spicy. Maybe we'll have to go to one of the cafes on campus, they have blackened salmon in Elementalism I hear. Do you like fish? *her expression, tired as it was, brightened at the thought of having a collaboration between their departments, and she clapped her hands happily* Ah! Great! We'll have to see how we can get animals and spirits sort of mixed together for these assignments... hmm. But that's something for later... *and she saw right through that lie, giggling and reaching out to softly punch his shoulder* If you don't like it, you can say so, Baines. I won't be offended... more for me~
